Company Introduction
ARTC operates under the principles of fairness, technology, and service, integrating Taiwan’s vehicle testing and R&D resources to provide internationally credible testing and certification services for vehicles and components. The center supports manufacturers in improving product quality, meeting regulatory requirements, and expanding into export markets. It also assists government agencies in planning vehicle safety, environmental, energy, regulatory, and vehicle management policies.
ARTC is equipped with comprehensive laboratories and an international-level proving ground. Its proving ground covers around 119 hectares and includes 15 test tracks with supporting facilities, enabling R&D and regulatory testing for vehicle components, motorcycles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and military vehicles. The center also invests in advanced technologies such as intelligent vehicles, new energy systems, automotive electronics, ADAS, autonomous driving systems, vehicle cybersecurity, OTA software updates, sensing and positioning, and electric vehicle powertrain systems, helping the automotive industry move toward safer, greener, smarter, and more electronics-driven development.
