Founded on a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation, CHIN HUNG MACHINERY CO., LTD. (KINWA) traces its origins to 1968, when our founder, Mr. C. F. Chang, established a workshop in Taichung, Taiwan, serving the metalworking industry with a single lathe.

In 1973, the company began manufacturing its own lathes under the name CHIN HO Machinery Factory. As the business continued to grow, the factory relocated to Daya, Taichung, in 1980 and was reorganized as CHIN HUNG MACHINERY CO., LTD.

To meet the increasing demand for CNC machine tools, we built a dedicated CNC lathe manufacturing facility in 1996, which became operational in 1997. Continuing our commitment to innovation and expansion, we acquired land in the Taichung Precision Machinery Technology Park and began constructing a modern manufacturing facility at the end of 2010. This investment enabled us to expand our product portfolio and better satisfy the evolving needs of customers worldwide.

Today, KINWA specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality conventional and CNC lathes, providing reliable, precision-engineered solutions for customers across a wide range of industries around the globe.
