Jieh-Ming Plastics Manufacturing Company Ltd. was established on March 4, 1975, and has long focused on the manufacturing and development of plastic hoses, PVC compounds, and specialty tubing products. The company has a capital of NT$200 million, occupies approximately 5,000 ping of land, and operates around 2,600 ping of factory, warehouse, and office floor space. Its production setup includes compound production lines, un-reinforced and vinyl hose lines, reinforced hose lines, co-extrusion lines, CA tubing lines, and recycled material systems. Monthly capacity includes 2,000,000 kg of plastic compounds, 8,640,000 meters of un-reinforced and vinyl hoses, 8,200,000 meters of reinforced hoses, and CA tubing for medical, drinking water, and toy applications. Today, Jieh-Ming serves garden, household, air pressure, industrial, medical, drinking water, and food-contact hose and compound applications, with certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, GMP, NSF-51, NSF-61, Japan Ministry of Health No. 370, and CE.
