Company Introduction

De Licacy Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1982, beginning with commissioned weaving operations. In 1984, the company added warping and sizing preparation equipment to build integrated weaving capabilities. In 1987, De Licacy introduced shuttleless looms and yarn dyeing machines, entering the yarn-dyed woven fabric market with integrated weaving and dyeing operations. In the same year, it established a Taipei office to expand domestic and export sales through its own business network. In 1988, the company built filament weaving and dyeing facilities, further developing integrated production across filament and staple fiber fabrics, and became listed on the Taiwan stock market in 1996.

Today, De Licacy operates its main production base in Xinshi District, Tainan, with a plant area of approximately 20,000 ping. Its manufacturing capabilities include false twisting, core-spun yarn production, twisting, cone winding, warping, package dyeing, water-jet looms, air-jet looms, wide-width air-jet looms for staple fabrics, high-speed rapier looms, and finishing processes such as lamination, coating, brushing, shearing, sanding, and calendering. The company can handle approximately 3.5 million yards of orders per month. De Licacy also operates a Vietnam production base integrating twisting, weaving, dyeing, and finishing to strengthen global supply and quick-response capability. Its product scope covers performance protection, eco-friendly materials, casual fashion, and home furnishing fabrics, supported by the DELINNO fabric concept brand. The company serves international outdoor and sportswear brands across North America, Europe, Japan, and South Korea. With an R&D center established in 2009, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification since 1999, and bluesign system partner status since 2012, De Licacy continues to advance functional, sustainable, and high-quality textile development.
