Company Introduction
Summer Forging Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1973. It developed from an experimental and demonstration facility for cold precision forging machinery into a professional cold-forging manufacturer in Taiwan. The company began technical cooperation with Japan’s Yamamoto Seisakusho in 1974 and has since built extensive capabilities in precision forging, die design, process development, and mass production. Its manufacturing capabilities cover cold, warm, and hot forging. The factory is equipped with forging presses ranging from 35 to 1,600 tonnes, coating equipment, spheroidizing furnaces, continuous annealing furnaces, and an automated warm- and hot-forging production line. Its products serve the automotive, motorcycle, bicycle, pneumatic-tool, power-tool, machinery, hardware-tool, and electronics industries. The company works with customers on product development and provides integrated services covering die design, precision forging, heat treatment, quality inspection, and mass production.
