KAILIEN’s technical history began in 1968 with machinery maintenance, component machining and recycling extrusion equipment. The business later expanded into single-screw PVC pipe, profile, corrugated-sheet and door-panel extrusion systems. KAILIEN was established in 1996, while the current legal entity was formally incorporated in 1997.
The company designs single-screw, parallel twin-screw and counter-rotating twin-screw extrusion equipment. It can integrate extruders, dies, cooling systems, haul-offs, cutting units, mixers, dosing equipment and automatic conveying systems according to the material, output and factory requirements. Its solutions serve pelletizing, recycling, pipe, profile, construction-material and composite-product manufacturers.
