PolarJet CNC Solutions Inc. was established in 2006 to develop high-pressure coolant systems. Its systems deliver coolant directly to the cutting zone to improve cooling, chip breaking, and chip evacuation. This reduces tool wear and supports stable machining of difficult materials.
The product portfolio includes through-spindle high-pressure coolant systems, variable-volume systems, integrated oil-chiller systems, hydraulic units, rotary unions, and fluid-control components. Customized system integration is available for different machines and machining conditions.
