Sunyi started with perfume sprayers in 1993. It later expanded into lotion pumps, fine-mist sprayers, airless pumps, oil-resistant pumps, perfume bottles and skincare packaging.
The company combines product design, mould development, plastic injection moulding, automatic assembly, testing and surface finishing. It holds more than 40 patents and supplies products to over 20 countries.
Sunyi can develop a dispensing system based on formula viscosity, output volume, neck size, product use and brand design. Its integrated process reduces the number of suppliers customers need to manage and shortens packaging-development time.
The company also develops recyclable pumps. Its all-plastic pump uses PP and PE materials and can enter the recycling process without disassembly.
