Matila first built its experience in plastic-machinery export and international sales. It established its own factory in 1999 and began manufacturing blown-film machines, plastic-recycling systems and extrusion equipment.
Its blown-film machines can produce monolayer, two-layer, three-layer and five-layer films. Multilayer co-extrusion combines different materials and functional layers for barrier packaging, vacuum packaging, anti-static film and UV-resistant film.
Matila’s recycling systems cover crushing, washing, drying, extrusion, filtration and pelletising. The equipment processes PE and PP film, rigid plastics and selected PET waste. Compact recycling systems help customers reduce floor-space requirements and improve pellet quality.
Its modular twin-screw extruders can be configured for masterbatch, fillers, additives and engineering-plastic compounds. Available pelletising methods include strand cutting, water-ring cutting, hot-die cutting and underwater pelletising.
