S-DAI focuses on downstream converting equipment that transforms plastic film into finished bags. Its machines can integrate unwinding, tension control, photoelectric registration, folding, heat sealing, cutting, punching, counting and collection processes. These functions help bag manufacturers improve production speed, dimensional accuracy and sealing consistency.
Its side-sealing and bottom-sealing machines process PP, OPP, CPP, LDPE and other heat-sealable films. Applications include garment bags, food bags, shopping bags, garbage bags and industrial packaging. Servo motors, PLC controls, human-machine interfaces and photoelectric sensors coordinate film feeding and cutting with printed registration marks.
