Victor Taichung began by manufacturing conventional shapers and belt-driven lathes. As Taiwan’s manufacturing sector developed, the company expanded into CNC lathes, machining centres, mill-turn machines and five-axis equipment. Its vertically integrated production covers casting, machining, sheet metal, spindle manufacturing and final assembly.

The machine-tool range includes horizontal and vertical CNC lathes, single- and twin-spindle turning centres, multi-turret machines, five-axis machining centres, and vertical and horizontal machining centres. Mill-turn machines combine several operations in one setup, reducing positioning errors and work-in-process time.

Five-axis machining centres perform multi-face and complex-surface machining in one setup. They are designed for aerospace parts, medical devices, precision moulds, semiconductor equipment and renewable-energy components. Horizontal machining centres can be integrated with pallet changers, large tool magazines and flexible manufacturing systems for automated production.

Victor Taichung entered the plastic injection-moulding business in 1988. Its range includes all-electric, servo-hydraulic and two-component machines. All-electric models focus on precision, low noise and energy efficiency for medical, electronics, optical and precision-plastic applications. Servo-hydraulic machines serve automotive, appliance, industrial and larger plastic products.

For smart manufacturing, the company integrates robots, workpiece measurement, tool management, AGVs, pallet systems, production scheduling and machine connectivity. Standard interfaces such as OPC UA allow machine data to be connected to central systems for production monitoring, equipment management and preventive maintenance.
