Multiplas focuses on precision injection-moulding equipment, particularly machines for metal inserts, electronic components, terminals and cable overmoulding. Its vertical-clamping platforms can be equipped with fixed tables, single slides, double slides or multi-station rotary tables, supporting manual loading and robotic automation.
The company’s multicolour and multicomponent systems combine different colours, hardness levels or materials in one part. Typical applications include two-colour buttons, tool handles, automotive components, seals and compound electronic products. Its liquid-silicone systems support precision parts for medical, electronics, automotive and consumer applications.
In addition to standard machines, Multiplas develops customised systems according to the customer’s product, material, mould, output and factory requirements.
