Cheng Mei’s machines convert PET, PP, PS, HIPS, PLA and other plastic sheets into thin-wall packaging products. The sheet is heated until formable, shaped against a mould by vacuum and compressed air, cooled and then transferred to punching and trimming equipment.
The company can configure forming, hole-punching, trimming, stacking and conveying equipment according to the customer’s material, product dimensions, mould design, output and plant layout. Changing the mould and process settings allows one production line to manufacture different packaging products.
