Rubber and silicone moulding results depend on material flow, trapped air, temperature, pressure and curing time. Lin Cheng’s vacuum-forming equipment removes air from the mould cavity before or during pressing and vulcanisation. This helps reduce incomplete filling, bubbles and surface defects in seals, electronic components and automotive rubber parts.
The company’s three-layer mould-opening systems allow mould sections to move or open after each cycle. This improves access for product removal, insert loading, ejection systems and robotic handling. The design can reduce manual handling time and support automated production.
Rapid compression-moulding equipment controls heating, pressing, holding and cooling according to the material and product requirements. These machines can process carbon fibre, thermoset materials, thermoplastics and other composites. Cutting, preforming and mould solutions can also be integrated into the production process.
