PEISELER ASIA CO., LTD.

Peiseler is a German manufacturer of precision machine-tool additional axes and rotary-positioning systems. Its company history dates back to 1819. Its products are integrated into machining centres, special-purpose machines and automated manufacturing equipment.

A rotary table controls the angle and rotational movement of a workpiece. Precision indexing reduces repeated clamping and manual alignment, limiting accumulated positioning errors and shortening the machining time required for complex parts. Rotary-tilt and trunnion tables add a tilting axis, enabling four-axis or five-axis machining.

Heavy-duty machining and large-workpiece applications require structural rigidity, clamping torque, positioning accuracy and thermal stability. Peiseler combines FEM-optimised housings, precision bearings, drive systems and hydraulic or pneumatic clamping mechanisms to support milling, turning, drilling, grinding and gear production.

In addition to standard rotary tables, the company provides adapted machine interfaces, customised designs and retrofit solutions. Machine builders can select a standard model or develop a dedicated rotary axis based on workpiece dimensions, weight, machining load, rotational speed and control requirements.

Peiseler Asia previously provided local product selection, machine-tool integration and after-sales support for Taiwan and other Asian markets. Following the liquidation of the Taiwanese entity, the current regional service structure should be confirmed directly with peiseler’s German headquarters.
