Company Introduction
SIMCO’s business history dates back to 1982, when it focused on spring-manufacturing machinery and related equipment. The current Taiwan SIMCO Company was established in 1999 and has developed extensive experience in spring production, wire processing and international machinery markets.
Its spring-equipment portfolio covers forming, coiling, tension-spring production, joining, grinding, heat treatment and testing. Multi-axis servo systems control wire feeding, coiling, pitch, cutting tools and arbor movement, allowing users to produce springs and wire components with different shapes, sizes and complexity.
SIMCO’s spring-coiling range supports wire diameters from approximately 0.13 mm to 32 mm. Different series serve precision miniature springs, medium industrial springs and heavy-duty springs. Selected models include real-time parameter editing, automatic program generation, 3D preview, automatic lubrication and Industry 4.0 connectivity.
Beyond spring machinery, SIMCO supplies all-electric servo CNC tube benders and strip-stamping and forming equipment. Its principal value is the integration of forming machines, peripheral equipment, testing systems and technical support into complete production solutions.
SIMCO established its Mexico office in 2024 and launched a Vietnam office and spring inventory warehouse in 2025. These locations strengthen local service, delivery and spare-parts support for customers in Asian and American markets.
