ACROW manufactures the interface between a machine-tool spindle and its cutting tool. Although the holder does not provide the cutting edge, its runout, rigidity, balance and clamping force directly affect machining accuracy, surface quality, tool life and process safety.
For drilling, reaming and milling, the company supplies precision collet chucks, power milling chucks, side-lock holders, hydraulic chucks and shrink-fit systems. Customers can select the appropriate solution according to spindle speed, cutting load, tool diameter, accuracy and interference requirements.
For precision-hole machining, ACROW provides rough-boring, fine-boring and modular boring systems. Rough-boring tools remove material efficiently, while fine-boring heads control the final diameter, roundness and surface finish.
Its angle heads allow a standard machining centre to perform side and angled drilling, tapping and milling. This can reduce workpiece repositioning and provide selected multi-face capabilities without immediately investing in an additional five-axis machine.
For ceramics, glass, quartz, silicon carbide and sapphire, ACROW offers ultrasonic toolholding systems. High-frequency vibration helps reduce continuous cutting resistance and supports more stable machining of hard and brittle materials.
The company also manufactures spindle grippers, rotary coolant unions, clamping-force gauges and test bars. These products support tool retention, through-spindle coolant delivery, spindle inspection and preventive maintenance.
ACROW’s core value is its ability to combine toolholding, boring, angle machining, ultrasonic processing and spindle accessories within one CNC tooling platform.
