Force One started with the development and manufacture of CNC lathes. Its machine-development strategy focuses on machining accuracy, structural rigidity, process integration and production efficiency.
For standard turning operations, the company offers single-spindle, twin-spindle, single-turret and twin-turret configurations. Customers can select a machine according to component dimensions, material, production volume, cycle-time target and automation requirements.
For complex components, Force One provides Y-axis and B-axis turn-mill machines that combine turning, milling, drilling, tapping and multi-angle machining. Completing more operations in a single setup reduces machine transfers, manual handling, work-in-process inventory and positioning errors.
For volume production, its CNC lathes can be integrated with bar feeders, robotic loading systems, workpiece receivers and other peripheral equipment. This creates continuous production cells that reduce manual loading and improve consistency across large production batches.
Force One also provides OEM, ODM and customised machine-development services. Machine specifications can be configured around the customer’s workpiece, machining process, control system, output target and automation requirements.
Europe is the company’s main export region. Force One also serves customers and distributors in Turkey, South Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia, China and Argentina. Its combination of CNC turning technology, multi-tasking capability and custom engineering supports both international distributors and specialised manufacturers.
