COMORK develops grinding machines from the perspective of both a manufacturer and an end-user. The company converts CCM’s experience in component machining, spindle production and grinding processes into machines designed to reduce repeated setups, positioning errors, labour requirements and production time.
Its main products include the GJ-400, GJ-412, GO-350, GO-354 and GO-356 series. Hybrid machines can complete several internal and external grinding operations in one setup. This is valuable for high-precision parts, complex geometries and high-mix, low-volume production.
COMORK also develops application-specific solutions. Based on workpiece drawings, materials, dimensions, tolerances, surface-finish requirements and production targets, the company can provide test grinding, wheel selection, fixture design, process planning and automation evaluation.
A high proportion of critical machine and spindle components is produced in-house. This supports tighter control of accuracy, quality and delivery. COMORK’s main value is the integration of machines, spindles, workpiece processing and application engineering on one platform, helping customers reduce equipment and labour costs while improving grinding stability.
