Company Introduction

ARTAIO’s technical background dates to Cheng-Feng Technology, established in 2007 as a supplier of automation-control equipment. Following the establishment of Artaio Seiki in 2011 and the integration of related operations, the company expanded from control equipment into centralised lubrication and industrial cooling systems.

Lubrication directly affects the friction, temperature, accuracy and service life of guideways, ball screws, bearings and transmission mechanisms. ARTAIO integrates electronic controls, mechanical structures and fluid engineering to deliver oil or grease to each lubrication point at the required time, pressure and volume.

The product range includes resistance, positive-displacement, piston and manual lubrication systems. These systems can operate through PLC, digital controllers or machine signals. Pumps, reservoirs, pressure controls, oil-level sensors, distributors, fittings and tubing can be configured as a complete multi-point system.

ARTAIO also supplies circulation-cooling equipment, oil-mist sprayers, cold-air guns and through-spindle coolant systems. High-pressure coolant delivery sends cutting fluid directly to the tool tip, improving cooling, lubrication and chip evacuation in deep-hole and high-load machining.

The company’s main value is the ability to combine standard components with customised control. Machine builders can select a system based on machine structure, lubrication points, operating cycle and monitoring requirements, reducing integration time and lowering wear, downtime and maintenance costs caused by inadequate lubrication.
