Company Introduction

Suzhou Lee Yih applies the group’s automation experience, which dates to 1982, to the design of single-press and multi-press production systems. Each solution can be configured around the customer’s press arrangement, die spacing, workpiece dimensions, material thickness and required cycle time.

The product range includes one-bar and two-bar transfer systems, large-sheet loading and unloading robots, three-axis robots, NC two- and three-dimensional transfer units and forging-transfer equipment. AC servo drives, PLC controls and human-machine interfaces support accurate, repeatable and easily monitored operation.

Vacuum cups, electromagnets or mechanical grippers can be selected according to material and part geometry. Blank separation, double-sheet detection, automatic positioning and workpiece turn-over functions can also be integrated. These functions reduce manual handling, positioning errors, workplace risk and inconsistent production.

For coil-fed stamping, the company supplies NC straightener feeders with uncoilers, roller feeders and combined uncoiling-straightening machines. For blank-fed production, it offers stack, double-cart, rotary and dual-sided destacking systems that reduce material-change time and support continuous production.

The company serves automotive, motorcycle, appliance, electronics, computer-enclosure and general metalworking manufacturers. Its main value is the integration of feeding, handling, positioning, turning and secondary operations into one coordinated stamping line. This helps customers reduce labour requirements, increase equipment utilisation, control defect rates and scale production more efficiently.
