Jon Wai Machinery (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 as Jon Wai’s manufacturing and service operation in China. It supplies injection-moulding machines for thin-wall packaging, PET preforms, precision parts, large plastic products, automotive components, multi-colour moulding and thermosetting materials.

The company supports customers from machine selection and production-line planning through installation, commissioning, operator training, maintenance and spare-parts service. Machines can be configured according to product size, material, mould structure, cycle time, production volume, injection pressure and clamping-force requirements.

For packaging applications, the SEWT series focuses on fast injection, short cycle times and energy efficiency. PETW and NPM systems support beverage, large-container, wide-mouth and medical-tube preforms. CF large toggle machines and TP two-platen machines serve automotive parts, pallets, logistics containers and large industrial products.

Jon Wai also supplies TCW multi-material machines, TCS colour-mixing systems and TS thermoset machines for higher-value applications. These machines can be integrated with robots, rotary platens, in-mould labelling, conveying and inspection equipment.

The company’s main value is its broad machine range and custom-engineering capability. Its Kunshan operation provides local manufacturing, commissioning, repair and technical support to help Chinese customers reduce cycle time, energy use, labour requirements and production defects.
