U-Neuron Biomedical Inc.

Founded in 2015, U-Neuron Biomedical Inc. is a biotechnology company focused on developing regenerative medicine technologies and therapeutics based on amniotic fluid stem cells. The company has established proprietary technologies covering the isolation and cultivation of amniotic fluid stem cells and is building an integrated regenerative medicine platform extending from cell sourcing and manufacturing to stem cell-derived exosome applications. 

Its R&D strategy focuses on two major areas: amniotic fluid stem cell therapeutics and stem cell-derived exosome therapeutics. By leveraging the regenerative potential of amniotic fluid stem cells, particularly their potential applications involving neural regeneration, U-Neuron is developing allogeneic regenerative therapies for selected indications. The company is also exploring the repair, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory potential of stem cell-derived exosomes. 

Beyond pharmaceutical development, U-Neuron is expanding into the research, production and commercialization of stem cell and exosome ingredients as well as healthcare and skincare applications. This creates a broader business platform spanning stem cell technology, exosome technology, regenerative therapeutics, raw materials and commercial applications. 

The company has also strengthened its manufacturing and quality infrastructure. Its official information states that its cell-processing capabilities have received Taiwan TFDA GTP certification, while GMP-level management concepts are being incorporated into its exosome production and quality systems to support product consistency, regulatory readiness and future international collaboration. 

U-Neuron was approved to establish operations in the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park under an NTD 800 million investment project. The project focuses on stem cell therapeutics, stem cell-derived exosome therapeutics and related raw materials and application technologies, positioning the company for further development in regenerative medicine and international pharmaceutical collaboration.
