VLAM, the Flanders' Agricultural Marketing Board, is a specialized non-profit organization responsible for promoting the products and services of the Flemish agricultural, horticultural, fisheries and agri-food sectors.
Operating in cooperation with the Flemish government and the business community, VLAM develops and implements marketing initiatives designed to enhance product recognition, stimulate demand and support international market development.
The organization represents a diverse range of agricultural and food categories, including meat, dairy products, fresh produce, potatoes, seafood, eggs, beer and ornamental horticultural products.
Through its international promotional activities and Fresh from Flanders platform, VLAM connects Flemish food producers and exporters with overseas importers, distributors, retailers and food industry buyers.
Its services include market research, promotional campaigns, participation in international trade exhibitions, public relations activities and business-to-business networking.
By strengthening cooperation across the agricultural and food supply chain, VLAM supports the international positioning of Flemish products while highlighting quality, expertise, traceability and sustainable production.
