Established in 1975, VINEXAD National Trade Fair and Advertising Joint Stock Company is one of Vietnam's long-established international exhibition organizers and trade promotion service providers. Originally operating as a state-owned enterprise, VINEXAD was transformed into a joint stock company in 2006. Its headquarters are located in Hanoi, with a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City.

The company specializes in organizing international trade fairs, industry exhibitions, business conferences, and corporate events. Its services include exhibitor recruitment, professional buyer engagement, international trade matchmaking, exhibition marketing, booth design and construction, and event management. Through these integrated services, VINEXAD connects international suppliers with Vietnamese buyers, distributors, and business partners.
