Sphere Exhibits Malaysia Sdn Bhd was established in Kuala Lumpur in 2013 as the Malaysian subsidiary of Sphere Exhibits, the exhibition business of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH). The company specialized in organizing international trade exhibitions, industry events, and business networking platforms, helping local and international businesses expand their presence in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

One of its most significant historical projects was the Malaysian International Food & Beverage Trade Fair (MIFB). The exhibition brought together food and beverage manufacturers, international brands, importers, distributors, food processing machinery suppliers, and professional buyers, providing opportunities for product showcases, technology exchange, and commercial partnerships.

The company offered exhibition planning, international exhibitor recruitment, professional visitor promotion, media marketing, and onsite event management. Through cooperation with industry associations, trade promotion organizations, and international partners, Sphere Exhibits Malaysia supported regional business development and cross-border trade.

Following the integration of Singapore's SingEx and Sphere Exhibits businesses in 2021, related exhibition activities were progressively consolidated under the Constellar brand. By 2026, MIFB was being organized by Constellar Exhibitions Malaysia Sdn Bhd, alongside Malaysia Café Expo and MyFoodTech, forming a broader exhibition platform for the food, beverage, and processing technology industries.
