Founded in 1910, Urschel is a global manufacturer of industrial food cutting machinery, serving customers in more than 130 countries worldwide.

The company supplies precision food dicers, slicers, shredders, granulators, and Comitrol size-reduction and milling equipment. Its solutions are widely used in potato processing, fruit and vegetable manufacturing, meat processing, cheese production, ready-to-eat foods, plant-based products, and pet food manufacturing.
