The BR1000 Series is Beier Machinery’s independently developed flagship large-diameter PVC-HO pipe production line, engineered exclusively for high-performance large-diameter pipes. In 2025, we successfully achieved stable production of pipes with an ultra-large diameter range of 500 to 1000 millimeters!

 

What is large-diameter PVC-HO pipe? It refers to biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride pipe. Leveraging Beier’s proprietary in-line biaxial stretching technology, PVC molecular chains are perfectly aligned both axially and radially, forming a dense "onion skin-like" structure.

 

> Boasts 2 to 4 times the strength of conventional PVC-U pipes

> Delivers an ultra-high pressure rating of PN25 (2.5 MPa)
