Plastic Pallet Injection Molding Machine

It is for medium and large-sized plastic parts molding equipment. It is applicable to automotive industry such as bumper and instrument panel, air-conditioner compressor parts, and even pallets over 3,000 tons. With clamping force ranging from 500 tons to 4,000 tons.

• An optional tie-bar puller is available to overcome the height limitations in the factory while mold changing.

One of FCS’s customers in the auto parts industry in the United States is the Tier 1 supplier of well-known car manufacturers, processing auto parts for Ford, Toyota, and GM. This year, the two-platen injection molding machine (LA-1210) purchased from FCS is used to produce the car grills. Due to the insufficient height of the factory building, the customer's mold cannot be lifted vertically from above the machine and installed between the two platens for mold clamping as a normal process. Therefore, FCS was required to customize the "Tie bar puller function" of the machine, so that, if necessary, a tie bar can be drawn out and the mold can be installed horizontally from the side of the machine. 

FCS’s customers, which have requested to customize the tie bar puller function are engaged in automobile and bicycle accessories, household hardware, PVC plastic pipe fittings, and bottled water. In the future, it is hoped that the technology may solve production problems for more customers and effectively meet customer needs.
