FCS: Large Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine

It is a newly-released servo hydraulic energy-saving model with outward toggle clamping unit. The applicable industries include houseware, stationery, automotive, 3C and home appliance, especially for multi function printers, laptop or computer parts. Its larger clamping stroke is also suitable for deep barrel type products. With clamping force ranging from 100 tons to 3,200 tons.

Characteristic:

• Servo injection closed-loop system could accurately control the speed of each shot, the injection time stability is >99.9%, and with stable molding product weight.
• The clamping force is directly applied to the center of moving platen, and the mold is uniformly stressed, reducing the probability of defective products and improving product yield.
• The length of the clamping unit is shortened by 23% and the floor space is reduced, which could improve plant utilization.
• Increase the mold opening stroke by 18% and suitable for molding plastic products with deep depth.
