Diing Kuen unveils High-Capacity Blown Film Technology

Addressing demanding requirements for industrial netting and weaving applications, Diing Kuen Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. launched its breakthrough blown film solution at TaipeiPLAS 2026. Engineered specifically for projects requiring an exceptionally low blow-up ratio (BUR 1.0 to 1.3), this new machinery breaks conventional cooling limits to achieve extra-high production capacity.

 

Developed in collaboration with a German partner, the machine features an optimized airflow and material channel design that dramatically enhances cooling efficiency. Combined with an advanced online control system and upgraded motor power, the system triples output from traditional levels of 100 kg/h up to 300 kg/h.

 

By enabling a single line to match the output of two to three standard machines, Diing Kuen provides manufacturers with a high-efficiency solution that reduces footprint and lowers operational costs for specialized extrusion markets.
