The flagship 1,000-ton SA model solves critical floor-space limitations. Featuring a compact platen size equivalent to a traditional 750-ton machine, it achieves a 17% reduction in machine length while delivering an 18% increase in opening stroke. Engineered primarily for automotive components, this high-efficiency machine has already secured strong market traction, with four units sold to Germany and two to Egypt this year alone.

FCS also showcased the SA-160, integrated with proprietary AI software for real-time data collection and defect prediction during mold opening. Complementing its smart lineup, the CT120 all-electric molding machine targets lower carbon emissions and reduced energy consumption.
