FKI Showcases Sustainable Blow Molding Innovations at TaipeiPLAS 2026

Fong Kee International Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereafter the “FKI”) is presenting its latest blow molding technology at TaipeiPLAS 2026.  Ms. Susan Wei, concurrently serves as Vice Chairman and executive director, representing FKI to introduce the two exhibition machines, highlighting how FKI integrated the concept of efficiency, sustainability, and smart manufacturing when designing the machines.

All-electric, three layer, triple head, double station machine producing 1-liter lubricant oil bottles.  Followed the core concept as oil free and energy saving, energy consumption reduced by 18 – 35%, enhanced production rate by 20%, and dry run cycle time improved by 25–30%.  This machine wins the 2026 TaipeiPLAS Gold Award.  

Two machines exhibiting for 2026 TaipeiPLAS, here comes hydraulic, three layer, single head, double station machine, the dedicated machine for 20 – 25 liter jerrycans for both edible oil and chemical solvent.  Core concept for the machine is compact design, squeezed almost 40% of the machine footprint, nearly 35% (97.3 m³) from machine overall dimensions.  Except the compact size of the machine itself, the most attractive point to be the total machine manufacturing cost reduced by 20 – 25%, which will reflect on the machine price.  Honored to announce this machine wins the 2026 TaipeiPLAS Excellence Award.

Both machines utilize the three layer co-extrusion structure which applied regrind and PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials into the middle layer without compromising bottle quality.  Not only approaching the Resource use and circular economy, but also reducing raw material and masterbatch costs significantly.  Not only the exhibited machines but all FKI machines are featured full automation as standard to reduce labor costs and optimize long-term operational efficiency.
