The machine features dual injection barrels executing a specialized sandwich molding process. This technology embeds recycled resin into the product’s core while maintaining an outer shell made of virgin material—delivering a flawless aesthetic finish alongside environmental compliance. Applicable across diverse manufacturing sectors, this solution enables clients to cut raw material costs and reduce carbon footprints without compromising product appearance.

Addressing automated quality control, Huarong also demonstrated an integrated AI turnkey solution. Designed to save manual labor and inspection time, the smart vision system performs real-time quality control on the line, instantly sorting OK and NG parts to guarantee consistent production output.
