FCS showcases next-generation injection molding solutions at CHINAPLAS 2026

At CHINAPLAS 2026, FCS (Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.) will present its latest advancements in injection molding technology, highlighting both compact machine design and enhanced multi-component processing capabilities.

SA-350 Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machine

Leading the showcase is the newly released SA-350 outward toggle injection molding machine, part of the SA Series developed with a new design philosophy focused on reducing machine footprint while improving overall performance.

The machine maintains high standards in clamping force, injection precision, and operational stability, while incorporating a redesigned clamping unit to optimize structural efficiency and productivity.

FCS will display two SA-350 high-speed machines at:

•FCS Booth: 4.1 C56

•GECH Booth: 4.1 F78

Both machines will be integrated with GECH’s in-mold labeling (IML) system, demonstrating real-time production of:

•IML beverage cups (7.5-second cycle)

•IML milk powder lids (22-second cycle)

FB-250Re G5 Multi-Component Injection Molding Machine

Also featured is the FB-250Re G5 multi-component injection molding machine, the fifth-generation model first introduced at CHINAPLAS Shanghai 2024. Marked by its signature “5” designation, the G5 series represents FCS’s continued innovation in multi-component molding technology.

The FB-250Re G5 incorporates several key upgrades over previous generations, including an electric-driven injection unit that significantly enhances injection precision and response speed. These improvements contribute to greater process stability and higher product yield, particularly in multi-color molding applications.

During the exhibition, the machine will produce a 2K ice cube tray using molds from FOCARE Mold, combined with OMC robotic automation, achieving a 30-second molding cycle.
