At CHINAPLAS 2026, WITTMANN Group will present a comprehensive portfolio of injection molding machines, automation, and auxiliary equipment at Hall 4.1, Booth D41, emphasizing its shift toward localized production and fully integrated system solutions in Asia.
A key highlight is the debut of the EcoPrimus series, marking the first injection molding machines produced at WITTMANN’s own facility in China. Combining precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, the all-electric EcoPrimus reflects the company’s strategy to better address regional market demands through local manufacturing.
EcoPrimus: High Efficiency for Standard Applications
Designed for high-volume, single-component applications, the EcoPrimus (1000 kN clamping force) features a compact and robust design while maintaining high performance and ease of operation.
Equipped with the latest Unilog B8X control system, the machine ensures reliable and user-friendly operation. At the exhibition, an EcoPrimus 100/350 will demonstrate its capabilities through the production of functional PS key rings.
EcoPower: Precision Processing for LSR Applications
WITTMANN will also showcase its all-electric EcoPower 110/210, designed for high-precision liquid silicone rubber (LSR) processing.
At CHINAPLAS, the machine will produce sealing rings in a 16-cavity mold, highlighting high injection speed, dynamic performance, and precise control. With servo direct drives and KERS energy recovery technology, the EcoPower ensures both energy efficiency and process stability.
MicroPower: Compact Solution for Micro Molding
For micro-scale production, WITTMANN will present the MicroPower 15/10, a compact system requiring just two square meters of floor space.
The machine will produce vascular clips weighing only 0.003 g per part within a fully integrated work cell featuring a SCARA robot and inline camera-based quality inspection. The system operates under Class 7 cleanroom conditions, ensuring high precision and consistency for medical applications.
Automation and Auxiliary Innovations
In automation, WITTMANN will introduce the Primus 118 linear robot, offering increased payload capacity of up to 8 kg for injection molding machines up to 250 tons. The system integrates seamlessly into existing setups and is equipped with the R9 controller, supporting OPC UA connectivity and simplified programming.
The auxiliary equipment lineup includes:
⚫Tempro basic 120 temperature control unit, delivering precise temperature regulation (±1 °C) with improved usability via a 3.5-inch TFT display
⚫G-Max XL granulator, designed for efficient in-house recycling with throughput up to 100 kg/h and optimized rotor performance for clean, homogeneous regrind
Toward Fully Integrated Local Solutions
With its expanded production facility in Kunshan, WITTMANN is strengthening its ability to deliver integrated solutions—from injection molding machines and automation to material handling and recycling systems—all produced locally in China.
This strategy enables faster response to regional requirements while maintaining global technology standards, positioning WITTMANN as a full-service partner for industries including packaging, medical technology, automotive, and consumer goods.
