Shin-I Machinery Works Co.,Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in Taiwan of both can making and food canning equipments. The company started with punching dies, semi-auto can making machines, mushroom processing machines and soon developed into producing high speed automatic tin can making machinery and canning machinery.
Shin-I is capable of supplying complete line tin can making lines for beverage, food, aerosol, DRD , paint, milk powder and other cans. Twist -off cap(Lug cap) and PT cap forming /lining machine and aerosol cone(dome) forming/lining machine are to be provided as customers request. Canning machine including vacuum seamer and filler are also available. Various precise tooling and punching dies with high reliability are manufactured to be incorporated into Shin-I can making and canning machinery. IBM CAD-CAM computers aid the design and manufacturing system, while a three dimensional coordinate measuring device has been introduced to ensure the quality of Shin-I products. A new CNC sheet feeding high speed end making system with capacity up to 1400 ends/min.has been developed successfully. Shin-I has been ISO9001 certified since 1996.
