Cutting surfaces are plated with Titanium Carbide (TiC) or Tungsten Carbide (TC) in tile, segment, or nib configurations for extended wear resistance. Heated die plates are engineered in “Heat Channel” or “Heat Exchanger” designs for consistent thermal performance.
Our bi-metal pelletizing knives leverage the excellent wear resistance of titanium carbide. Produced via vacuum soldering, they ensure perfect stability of TiC inserts while balancing cost-effectiveness.
