Our modular screw elements and high-performance shafts deliver optimal flexibility, durability, and cost efficiency for twin screw extruders. Our material range spans nitride steel, tool steel, stainless steel, and advanced PM-HIP compounds, balancing abrasion and corrosion resistance to extend service life and reduce maintenance.
Our shafts maximize torque transmission and load capacity using high-purity ESR materials. Available in one-piece/multi-part configurations (diameters 10–180 mm, lengths up to 6000 mm), with optional internal cooling, they use hot-forming steel, heat-treated steel, hardened stainless steel, and special high-alloy steel for reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Together, they form a robust, customizable system to optimize extrusion efficiency.
